Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
How to Return:
- Contact us at nguyenthutrang.ntt1@gmail.com within 15 days with your order number.
- Ship the item back to us (unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or fully refunded (including shipping).
Please note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind for custom or personalized products.
