Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your piece! Due to the custom/handmade nature of our jewelry:

• No returns for change of mind or fit issues (unless otherwise stated).
• Defective/damaged items: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please message us with photos of the issue and unboxing proof. We’ll repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) if the fault is ours. Return shipping covered by us for verified defects.
• Custom orders: Non-returnable unless manufacturing error.
• Wrong item sent: Full refund + return shipping covered by us.
• Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive/inspect returned item (if applicable).
• Cancellations: Possible within 24 hours of order (before production starts). After that, no cancellations due to custom work.
